Our press-on nail sets are prepared with care. Please note that slight variations in colour, design, and appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or the handmade nature of certain details.

Please check the product descriptions, sizing information, and any instructions provided before placing your order.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Please ensure that your selected nail size, design, quantity, shipping address, and contact details are correct before completing your purchase.

Orders must be paid for in full before they are processed.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Our nail sets may be made to order. Please allow sufficient time for preparation and processing before your order is shipped.

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible, except where required by applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within Malaysia and international shipping to selected destinations.

International delivery typically takes approximately 2 weeks to 1 month, depending on the destination, courier, and customs clearance.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and paying any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

As our products may be made to order, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for checking the sizing information and following the application and removal instructions provided with their nail sets.
